There are several services that you may want to consider:
- INDEX: Up to 100 terms, to be provided by author, for $650. Additional terms are $500 for 50 words.
- GLOSSARY: Up to 100 terms, to be provided by author, for $650. Additional terms are $500 for 50 words.
- GRAPHICS: Charts/tables are $75 per chart per page. Photo/line art placement is $25 for each image.
- COMPLEX TABLE OF CONTENTS: $300.
- ILLUSTRATIONS: Arbor Books-created Illustrations are $150 to $600.
- PHOTO SECTION INSERTS: $2,500. We can also create photo inserts, both black-and-white and color.
